A Victory for them

The Supreme Court brought forth a win for all those in the States that supports same sex-marriage.  They now have tax and benefit implications for all 13 states that allow it.  These people can file jointly; which will give them them breaks based on income.  They are also eligible for employer health coverage and the employer can not apply imputative costs.  There are more things working for the same sex-marriage couples; however, be aware that every State does not recognize your marriage.  Those States are not going to pat your fanny and be okay with things.  The Supreme Courts are still making changes.  A lot of questions remain.
